We are looking for Falk College student vocalists to help us make 2026 Falk College of Sport Convocation truly memorable!
We invite you to send a video showcasing your musical talents for the chance to perform at the 2026 Falk College Convocation ceremony. Vocal performers from all class years are encouraged to audition. Both individual performers and groups of Falk College students are welcome! You must be available to perform at Falk College Convocation on May 9th, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. The vocalist(s) selected will perform both the Star-Spangled Banner at the opening of the ceremony and the Syracuse University Alma Mater at the end of the ceremony.
Vocalists, please submit a video of yourself singing the Star-Spangled Banner. Follow the below steps to be considered:
- Include your name, year, and Falk College major in the introduction of your video.
- Upload your video to Kaltura, which you can access through Blackboard.
- Double check your video permissions to make sure it is viewable.
- Send the video link (not the file) to falkstudentpictures@syr.edu.
If you’d prefer an in-person audition, you may email falkstudentpictures@syr.edu to request one. Sheet music for both selections is available via the Google Drive links below.
The deadline to submit videos is March 29th at 11:59 p.m. Selected students will be notified during the first week of April.
