Jackie Dorchester

Biography

Jackie Dorchester has been promoted to Program Manager effective March 2025. As Manager, she supports strategic planning and assists in defining and implementing processes to improve program administration and delivery. Jackie will continue to provide oversight of the Sport Analytics undergraduate, graduate and summer college programs, while also coordinating the Sport Analytics minor and serving as co-advisor the Sport Analytics Living Learning Community. Dorchester started as a Program Coordinator in Falk College’s Department of Sport Analytics in October 2022. She advises Sport Analytics majors and will be working with students in the Certificate of Advanced Study and online Master of Science degrees. Prior to Falk, she worked as an Academic Advisor in the Whitman School of Management, advising their online MBA students. Jackie has worked at the University since 2011, beginning her career at the College of Arts and Sciences. She holds a Master of Science degree in Higher Education from the School of Education at Syracuse and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Le Moyne College in Political Science and Business.
